How long is the initial commitment?
We ask for a 3-month starting period. This allows both you and your Right Sider to establish momentum, processes, and trust. Beyond that, your agreement naturally continues on a simple rolling basis.
What areas of work can a Right Sider cover?
Our professionals are strongest in executive assistance, operations, finance, and marketing. Some clients start with a single Right Sider; others scale into multiple roles as their companies expand.
How does Right Side evaluate candidates?
